Yes. When sourced responsibly and used in the right setting and with proper guidance, through a legal, structured protocol, psilocybin is considered safe. Each client participates in a thorough screening for medical and behavioral health risks as part of your work with a licensed facilitator. Your personal history and individual profile are carefully reviewed to help ensure your safety.

In Colorado, psilocybin or magic mushrooms, became decriminalized in January 2025 with Proposition 122 and SB23-290. It is legal for personal use and supported therapeutic purposes within licensed healing centers.
